Sunday Monar Ojibo, Esq. is a seasoned legal practitioner and the Head of Chambers, with particular expertise in Criminal Litigation, Land Law and Property Matters, and Civil Litigation. He is an accomplished advocate with extensive experience in litigation, with most of the cases he has handled terminating in his clients' favour. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, and subsequently obtained his Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School. He has participated as counsel in celebrated, widely published, and controversial cases, including The State v. Prophet Alfa Babatunde & 6 Others, amongst others. Beyond his legal practice, he has demonstrated leadership and commitment to professional development, including his service as Welfare Secretary of the Young Lawyers Forum, NBA Akure Branch, from 2020 to 2024.
